Introduction
This is
the software user manual for gSwing version 0.6. gSwing is a Java program
for
viewing elections results and a collection of tools for maintaining
the election data. gSwing is free, open source
and platform
independent. This manual is aimed at those wishing to create
there
own election database.
States, Regions,
Constituencies and Wards
gSwing displays
the results of a
particular country, nation or state. Each state is divided into a
number of regions. Each region is divided into a number of
constituencies and councils. And each council is divided into a
number of wards.
